AboutKrista Expertise I can usually answer questions about alternative fashion styles. (e.g. scene, emo, punk, goth, hipster), I also know a good amount of hair and makeup tips connected to these styles as well. I can not answer any questions on the "prep" style, because I'm not a follower of it & I'm always behind on this style by about a year. I don't have anything against people who dress this way AT ALL, but all I'm saying is I'd be giving you the wrong advice. There are many experts in this category who can answer your questions a lot better than I can. Also, english is my only language, so if you send me any mail in french, or german, or whatever, I'll just end up not being able to respond & then I'll get all guilty
Experience I have been following alternative fashions for quite a while now. I've always been complimented on my original style, & I know how to find good clothes in any store at all. from hot topic, to abercrombie & fitch.
Question What stores would have like very nice, yet erotic, fancy clothing, sunglasses, shoes, ect., ect. They don't have to be all of those, anything close will do to.
Answer Hi Kurt.
I specialize more in alternative fashions, like indie, emo, & scene. But I'll give you a good idea of some fancy outfit ideas. By erotic, I'm assuming you mean sexy.
What I've noticed to be in, and quite attractive is when guys wear a loose-hanging, possibly leather jacket, with some type of scarf, with a plain top underneath, or possibly, if you want to be casual, or a bit edgy, a striped or graphic tee.
Now, for the actual question, the best thing to do when it comes to shops is completely mix it up. don't shop only at one place, because it will leave you with a limited wardrobe, also chances are, you're more likely to find exactly what you want if you have a general idea of the outfit, & then search for individual shops that carry the jacket you want, then go on to the pants socks you want. You get the picture.
I don't know where you live, so I don't know what kind shops there are in your area, but for instance, a shop like this would be good for graphic tees: http://www.randyriver.ca/clothing_graphic_ts.html
and I'm sure you can find coats to your liking at those random fancy menswear like Moores, etc.
As for sunglasses, this shape seems quite good: http://www.overstock.com/Clothing/Christian-Dior-Tie-Sunglasses/2541164/product....
only for your own sake, it doesn't have to be christian dior.
Aviators also seem to be quite popular.
