MY HOMECOMING IS COMING NEXT WEEK AND MY SCHOOL IS HAVING A HOLLYWOOD EVENT FOR THE DANCE.MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I DRESS FOR THIS OCASSION AT A LOW-BUDGET?

For a Hollywood theme, dress up as a movie star, singer, actor, actress etc. If you looked for Halloween movie stars or singers, you could get an outfit cheap.
