Question Hi,
I feel like a have been packing on the pounds and need help for looking better and feeling healthier. I go to everyone and they say i look fine but i know and think i need to do something. i wiegh 106lbs and am 5'1. i just need some help for eating healthier and looking better in my stomach. I even cried today because i felt like i looked fat and missing what i used to look like, skinny. I mean i feel like coming to the worse of worse and i don't want to and need help please.
Answer Dear Erica,
You are at a perfectly healthy weight for you body size and frame. You are closer to being underweight than overweight, dear. Simple exercises such as crunches, push ups, sit ups, running, and plenty of sports will be enough for you right now. Hope this helps.
