The answer Samantha gave you is pretty much the best way, i would like to add just a bit though...
you should have a high protein intake as well as a high calorie intake. you should have about half a gram of protein for every pound you weight.
for example:
if you weight 130 pounds you should take in about 65g of protein per day.
130 * .5= 65
besides that you should try to exercise daily, i recommend you get back on tennis, or do swimming (in my opinion this is the best work out for your body, it works every muscle). in addition to that you should workout, push ups, try to hit the gym if possible, if not just do regular workouts, pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squads, and if you can afford to, purchase some dumbbells.
muscle weights more than fat, and turning your calorie/protein intake into muscle is something that could benefit you. you have a fast metabolism. Everything your eating your pooping out.
I had the same issue, i was very skinny until i took a change.
besides the weight gain you'll feel great.
