Question
similar questions have been asked but, well I'm 16 years old, 10 or 15 pounds underweight for my height, family genes to thank i suppose... about a year ago my doctor told me to stop exercising and "drink a milkshake" so the past year I've gave up tennis and became extremely lazy with a diet consisting of meat and sweets, and its not working. everyone says i should enjoy it while it lasts but i can't with thin wrists and ankles etc. any advice about gaining weight? without just no exercise and alot of calories.

Answer
Dear Zach,

Sometimes weight-lifting helps you gain muscle weight on your body, which can really add up on someone's body.  Also, eat very fatty foods, not just more calories.  Hamburgers and fries are a great start.  Also, ice cream and milkshakes are very good as well.  Hope this helps you, Zach.
