Question
i just have this problem and i dont know what category it goes to!! I am a 16 and since i was probably 14 years old, ive been having too much saliva in my mouth. i hate to keep swallowing tons of saliva every second and i dont know how to stop it. what should i do.. is this normal?

Answer
Hi Shayna,

Yes dear, it's normal and I wouldn't worry too much about it.  If you don't want to swallow a lot, try keeping your mouth, and don't close it.  For example, keep your lips apart, but relax you mouth.  If this doesn't work, I wouldn't worry about it.  Thanks for the superb question!
