Question I get nervous before having sex. My heart start beating heavy, i get mild panic attacks inside my chest, I start shaking a little, and my speech becomes shaky and slurred.
I am hard all through the foreplay but when I take my pants off to wear the condom it goes soft(All the blood kind of rushes out and it gets hard to come back up again). My penis becomes puffy right before I put it inside the vagina or it will be hard from the foreplay but only after 30 seconds of it being in the vagina it becomes puffy and soft.
I noticed that once the girl is gone and I am alone by myself I could stay hard for up to three hours but the moment I think of having sex with the girl it starts going soft. I always think of disappointing the girl by not staying hard for long and this is one of the fears I have that gets me nervous and anxious before having sex or even when I'm thinking of sex.
I dont know if this is why my performance is up and down.
I have had sex for up to two hours on several occasions but it is like I cant control how long I will last everytime. Im especially nervous when it is a new girl.
Do you think anything is wrong with me. Any help will be appreciated.

Even in clubs when I am grinding on a girl my penis shrinks inside unless she grinds on my dick in a way that excites me. Before I go to a club and I think of the girls in there that I will grind on and potentially have sex with, my heart beats very fast, I get mild panic attacks, and my penis and scrotum automatically shrinks inside. Its like there is no blood in there.
Answer Getting really excited before sex is normal. Sometimes your orientation can play a role in this. For example, have you ever gotten excited around guys? If not, your orientation is not the problem. Your penis is probably still growing, give it some time. If problem perists by the time you're twenty, you might want to consider seeing a doctor.
