Hello Doctor.For few years my height is not increasing.And I am a slim boy.
Age-18
weight-57
Height-5 ft 7"
I can't eat much at a time.
Can you tell me that what should I eat so that I can have a better health, and my height.

Answer
Your height, weight and BMI are within normal range for boys of your age. Its better to be slim than to be overweight. However, following are some tips for better healthy:
1. stop worrying about your healthy- you are normal.
2. Adequate sleep- 7-9 hours a day.
3. Moderate exercise daily.
4. Nutritious and calorie-rich diet- should include, fruits, nuts, milk and meat/pulses.
5. Take small portions several times a day if you cannot eat much at a time.
