Question
I am 18 years old and I just wanted to know how to eat right.  I want to be healthier but can't take the right steps.  I am a very picky eater.

I don't eat fish, except for tuna sushi.  I don't eat steak or grilled chicken and turkey.  The way my mom makes chicken or turkey she puts random spices on it and grils it and it tastes bad.  I eat pasta, tofu and soy.  My mom is always yelling at me to eat and I can't stand it

well my first bit of advice is to take a multivitemin daily. if your a picky eater chances are that you arent getting all you vitimans daily!
next, try experimenting with food. eat vegetables and fruit and try to try as many as possible! you should aim to have 5 fruit & veg a day so make salads with tehm in. also try fruit juices.
since your a picky eater you need to make sure that you pick healthy foods. dont eat chocolate instead have grapes. its all about making choices. try different pastas and add herbs etc and tell your mom that you are trying to find healthy alternatives that you like
