Question My parents bought a hotel 2 years ago. Before that my father worked at our family business and my mom stayed at home with my younger brother. There are 3 hotel shifts for the front desk: (1)7am-3pm, (2) 3pm-11pm, and (3) 11pm-7am. My mother works either the 2nd or 3rd shift. My mom only gets 3 days off a week. My mom makes the schedule herself. When she works the 2nd shift my father goes out and buys fast food or takes My brother, me, and him out. If we ever eat at home when my mom works 2nd shift I am the one who has to cook. I am an okay cooker but I feel I have made enough meals to be a mother. My father does not know how to cook anything. When my mother works 3rd shift she is usually sleeping at dinnertime. I am worried about my health and have talked to my parents about it but they wont do anything about it. Please help.

Answer hi, well firstly every one needs to help out in a family and cooking meals because your mum ghas no time is a great way to do so. take it apon your self to cook healthier meals like salads(which are easy to make), or stir fry. when eating out suggest some places you'd like to go so that you can have a healthy option!
hope this helps
