I also have sinus and allergy problems so i duno if that makes it worse or not. My eyes also hurt and head...driving me nuts...
When i wake up in morning my head really hurts and stuff also when i get up....im just tired of this..
thanks
Answer Hi Kevin,
It sounds like you have pretty bad sinus problems. Are you taking anything for your allergies? If not, you should because allergies can contribute to your sinusitis. Have you gotten any bacterial infections during this time? Do you have any signs of an infection, like a fever? If you do, you should go back to the doctor to get antibiotics.
Other things you might want to try to ease the pressure are over-the-counter nasal decongestant sprays or saline sprays/washes that will loosen your mucous. You can also try taking hot showers and using a humidifier in your room.
I hope you can find something that will make you feel better soon!
