Question I am 17 years old, i am 160 pounds..and i'm 5'2, i have a "cute" figure is what i am told, but it's the clothes that i choose to wear that make it seem that way, however...about 6 months ago my parents helped me to go on a low-carb diet, i did that lost about 25, but i got sick of it and went off..slowly so that i wouldn't "blow-up" now i'm back to my original weight...anyway, my friend and i are doing that again to be okay looking during prom...that's two months..if you have ANY othe way to make me loose an extreme amount of weight to make me look good..i also would like to have excercises for 1)under-arm fat 2)abs 3)lovehandles 4)thighs....thanks

I cannot give you specific exercises to lose weight in areas. The body does not work this way. I would suggest that you either jog (a good way to burn calories), bike (another great one), or aerobics (an easy way to burn some). They point is to jog or bike for 15-20 minutes. You may have to work your way up. You want to jog or bike at a pace that is pretty quick (not a sprint). Aerobics should make you break a sweat and get out of breath (just like jogging or biking). Aerobics should be no less than 30 minutes.
