Question
Hi Laura,
My name is Jessi. I am fifteen years old. I am between 5'6-5'8. I weigh somewhere around 160 lbs. I think I am fat, but my parents tell me that I look fine and shouldn't worry about my weight. Do I sound healthy to you? What are some suttle, inexpensive ways to change my diet for the better?

Answer
hi,
you are the right weight for your height. if you worried about your weight maybe start a sport that you enjoy.
as for your diet the best way is to eat healthier. have fruit instead of chocolate and avoid fatty food and fast food as its no good for you. an easy way to do that is to reward your self. i love mars bars so once a week if i eat healthily the whole week i have one. its an incentive to eat well. also drink lots of water, it will flush out toxins in your body.
hope this helps
