Question -
I'm 15 and about 145 lbs. What kind of diet do you recommend? I'm not a big fan of veggies, but I do love fruit.
Answer -
hi monika, i can help you but first i need some more info about you. do you eat healthily or lots of junk? how tall are you? how much exercise do you do on a weekly basis and how much are you looking to lose/what do you want to tone or improve?
the more info you can give the better i can help
I try to eat healthy. About 50% of the foods I eat are heatlhy. I'm 5'4". I attend a weekly karate class that's an hour long. I want to lose 20 lbs.
Answer okay, im not that big a fan of diet, ive always believed that once you start you'll either be on it forever to get your ideal weight or you stop and gain again. on the other hand i believe exercise is the magical cure!!!
firstly you need to realise that if you eat sensibly then no more weight is being put on. but unless you are going hungry no weight will be lost. in order to lose weight you will need to exercise.
for your height id say that 20lbs is the max you should lose before it becomes unhealthy.
im a big fan on martial arts too, they do wonders for body and mind. keep that up. i'd also sugest adding another class a week if they do, or try something new like yoga etc. if you dont want to try to go running (if theres a safe place to do it) 3 times a week, or cycling. dancings another good way and easy to lose weight, dance around your room wildly 4 about 30mins until you sweat!
take the stairs, walk places and just get active.
I hope this has helped you and feel free to ask another question.
