Question -
Everytime I look in the mirror i think I'm fat, and my parents are a little worried that I might become anarexic, even though I'm always hungry... and tend to eat a lot. How can I control my hunger and still keep me thinking thin?
Answer -

Answer
hi, it sounds to me that you could develop anorexia later in life if your not careful, although im glad your still eating!
if you fixate on bad parts of yourself then you'll never be happy. take a long look at yourself in the mirror one day and actually look at good points and focus on them eg, if you have pretty eyes then wear a bit more makeup to make them look even better.
look at the bad bits and think why are they so bad? is it realy fat or are you over thnking it? if you want i can help you tone up the so called fat bits so that you'll be more happy.
in the end confidence is a big body booster and no one ever has the perfect body so you should try be happy with what you have!
