Question Dear Kristine,
I'm a 17 year old high school senior and as I get ready to go to college, I want to lose a lot of weight. Currently I'm 6 ft., 230 lbs. My doctor is telling me to lose the weight which I know I have to. But how do I start losing the weight correctly? I know I have to change my diet and start exercising, but I'm scared that people at my school are going to start talking about me and my weight loss. So how to I start losing and deal with all of the questions that my friends are going to be asking me.
Answer one thing you could do is stop eating before you go to bed that is the best thing to do say you go to bed at9:00p.m. stop eating at about 5:00p.m. and you could give it another boost by exersising every morning when you get up about 5 miles or 3 would be good too and if your friends ask just tell them its nothing im just trying a new diet and if they keep bugging you just tell them to stop asking you i hope i helped thanks for your question
