Question
Okay. I need you to help me eat right and become fitter (is that a word?). I am not just fat. I am very fat. People at school always say things like, "Quit staring at me, I'm not a steak." Help! Please!

Answer
hi,
fitter is a word i think. kids at school are jerks, my motto is if it doesnt kill you then it makes you stronger, a bit of teasing makes you a stronger person!
if you eat healthy(fruit and veg, fresh not from tins, avoid fast food, & microwaved food)and exercise you will become fitter and lose weight. it wont happen overnight  but if you stick at the healthy eating and exercise then in a few weeks you will start to see and feel the results.
the key to exercise is to do as much as you can and incorparate it into your life. walk to school or catch the bus at a later stop. go out dancing or dance around your room. join a aerobics class with a friend. the main thing is to be active!! in your P.E lessons put effort into the things your doing.
as for the food, eat when your hungry try not to snack and if you have to then snack on fruit. think about portions too!
hope this helps
