Question my goal- to slim down my thighs (every girls dream) and to tighten up the stomach (and still eat good portions of food) and gain more muscles in my arms. any suggestions? i am an incredibly busy busy busy person- juggling more than enough on my plate! I refuse to try atkins or health pills ect- because i know that they are not the answer/ and side affects are no worth it! :)

im glad you dont want to do any silly diets as they arent good for you!
as for stomach try crunches as this will firm it up. and watch what you eat as in junk food and fatty foods.
for thighs try some leg exercises like lunges and squats and do these every other day.
for arms you could buy some small weights(will cost about a fiver) and use them to work out so you gain muscle.
