About Junko Expertise I can answer most questions pertaining to teen health, thought I cannot give medical advice. I can explain medical terminology, describe medical conditions and hopefully help people understand what is going on with their bodies. If I don`t know an answer to a question, being a medical student, I can easily find out the answer since I have many resources I can refer to.

Answer Hi FJ,
To gain weight, you need to take in more calories than you use. Here is a link to a good summary on what you need to do to gain weight: http://nutrition.about.com/od/dietsformedicaldisorders/f/GainWeight.htm
You may also want to consider talking to your doctor or a nutritionist to make sure you maintain a healthy diet.
As for bodybuilding, it will not affect your height in any way. It can help you gain weight, and this is mentioned in the above link.
