Question i am a 14 year old,white,female who believes she is fat. i weigh 128 lbs. i have
been skipping meals for days at a time and then when i do eat i throw it all up. i
have been doing this since late july.how can i get help for something i belive i
should do? and how can i make it easier on myself to deal with when people are
always bugging me about it? thanks!
Answer you are not fat at all that is good for your weight but you need to weigh about 135 at the least and never ever skip a meal it can make you sick to do that alot you need to eat 3 meals a day and a snack in between and if people keep on telling you that you are fat just ignore them they are probley just insecure about there weight or something else thanks
