Question I do not have pre ejaculate or precum. Sorry for the slang. Just wanted you to know what I'm talking about. I know you are not a urologist. You seem to answer a broad array of questions so I thought I'd try. I'm 26 and my wife said the only two guys she has been with had lots of it. She said it really aided her in getting lubricated. I've also read lots of information on in with helping with fertility and to de acidify the vagina. Am I the only guy with this problem? I promise, I don't have any at all until I really ejaculate.

How much pre-ejaculate a man has varies from person to person. So, no you are not the only man that doesn't have pre-ejaculate. Regarding the role of pre-ejaculate in getting pregnant, I believe there are some studies indicating that it may be beneficial, but I think the jury is still out on whether or not this is really the case.
