About Junko Expertise I can answer most questions pertaining to teen health, thought I cannot give medical advice. I can explain medical terminology, describe medical conditions and hopefully help people understand what is going on with their bodies. If I don`t know an answer to a question, being a medical student, I can easily find out the answer since I have many resources I can refer to.

Answer Hi,
Unfortunately, I cannot help you very much from here. You really need to be examined by a health professional. It's possible you may have a sexually transmitted infection. Do you have any other symptoms? Vaginal discharge? Itching? Abdominal pain? Irregular periods?
I understand that this is something that is difficult to talk to your parents about. Can you get yourself to a teen clinic or a Planned Parenthood? Many Planned Parenthood's have teen clinics and will provide confidential services at low or no cost. See www.plannedparenthood.org for more information.
I also hope you are always practicing safe sex with a barrier method of contraception such as a condom. This is the only way, besides abstinence, to decrease your chances of getting a sexually transmitted infection.
Regarding your boyfriend and his erections -- it is normal for men to get an erection even if they are not sexually stimulated.
