About Junko Expertise I can answer most questions pertaining to teen health, thought I cannot give medical advice. I can explain medical terminology, describe medical conditions and hopefully help people understand what is going on with their bodies. If I don`t know an answer to a question, being a medical student, I can easily find out the answer since I have many resources I can refer to.

Question Hi, i'm 14 and 6 months old 5'4'.my weight is also 86 lbs female. i would like to know my full adult height becasue i want to model when im older.I would be very happy if my question is answered :)
Answer Hi,
In order to make an estimate of your full height, you need to know your parents' heights. Height is mostly determined by the genes you inherit from your parents and a little bit by how healthy you are. Here is how you can estimate your full height:
1. Take each parent's height and add them together in inches.
2. Divide that number by 2
3. Subtract 2.5 inches from that number.
4. This number plus or minus 4 inches is the range in which you can expect your height to fall.
That being said, based on the height and weight you gave me, you are quite underweight. Are you eating a healthy diet? I understand that you want to be a model and are trying to stay thin, however, you will stunt your growth by not eathing properly and taking care of your health.
