hi, the first step to a healthier you is to realise that you wna to change!!
i doubt that you are 50lbs overweight, if you email me with your height and wesight i can give you a good estimite to the weight you should be!
you need to be aware of what you eat and choose healthy foods. what i do is i eat anything i want if its healthy, like endless strawberries or grapes! theyre good if you want snacks! if you crave something like chocolate then try to distract yourself like tidy your room or phone a friend.also make an effort to get active, even if its just dancing around you room every night, every bit helps!!
i hope this helps and plz ask another q
my height is 5"1 and my weight is 180, and i was told i should only be 120 - 130. i do eat alot of fruits like pinapples and mangos bannas and those kinds of fruit and i get some excise from taking my dog out every morning and night i also walk every morning before school.
Answer you shouldnt lose 50lbs, that is way to much for anyone to lose and if you aim for that then you'l be disapointed. your average weight is more likely to be in the 140 region,. it sounds lke you have a healthy lifestyle so my main recomendations are to maybe do some aerobic exercise (which makes you slightly out of breath) 3 times a week and to keep eating healthy.!
hope this helps
