Hi laura,
Thanks for ur reply.
I really wanted tips to reduce my weight, especially my thighs, back and arms.
It looks awkward when i wear jeans and cool tops.
My back looks so projected.
Hope u did help.

okay the best tip to reduce your weight is to burn off calories faster!
try to eat healthily dont count calories though. then get active and moving! try aerobic exercise like runnning 2-4times a week which will burn off the current fat on your body. use resistance techneques like lifting weights to tone your arms and squats for your thighs. as for your back only the areobic exercises will help with that.
another instant tip is to watch your posture which can make you look fat or skinny!!
