Answer Leagally i am suppost to say no but since i don't care about the law YES! There are tons of them. I personally use LimeWire. Its soooooo good and no fake files either. Its either that or WinMX. Search those online i guartee you'll be happy with them. Anyways if you have anymore questions feel free to email me back.
