Subject: Pre ejaculate

Question
My girlfriend and I were "experimenting" some sexual activities and doing various things until we came to the point where I almost entered her.  I probably did not have any pre ejaculate on me as I wasn't even hard but there was still a chance.  I touched it around the entrance of her vagina.  It was during the 11th day of her cycle.

What are the chances that she could get pregnant?

Answer
Dear Daniel,

Her chances of being pregnant are zero.  Here is how pre ejaculate works:

Recent studies have shown that pre ejaculate does not contain sperm.  The reason it can sometimes cause pregnancy is if a man has recently ejaculated and has not urinated, and then has sex, the left over sperm from that previous ejaculation can mix with the pre ejaculate and cause pregnancy.  If the man has urinated, he has cleared his penis of any left over sperm, so the pre ejaculate will not contain any sperm, and there is no chance of pregnancy.

The chances of pre ejaculate getting someone pregnant during sex where the penis is hard and goes all the way in the woman is very low, so the chances of pre ejaculate on a non erect penis not going inside the woman is zero.

Take care,

Deb
