Question My girlfriend is 16 I am 18 i got her pregnant and her dad said if she has it hes pressing chrages on me and she wants to keep it but doesnt want me to get in trouble and he also said she cant see me again... Can he press charges on me if she testifies against him? Also, I don't understand this part:

Why would she press charges on her dad?
