My girlfriend is 16 I am 18 i got her pregnant and her dad said if she has it hes pressing chrages on me and she wants to keep it but doesnt want me to get in trouble and he also said she cant see me again... Can he press charges on me if she testifies against him? Can i still get in trouble? if you could respond asap that would be wonderful because she has to make a decision by monday thank you for your time

What state do you live in?  How old were you both when you had the sex that got her pregnant?

Also, I don't understand this part:

"Can he press charges on me if she testifies against him?"
Why would she press charges on her dad?
"Can i still get in trouble?"
Can you still get in trouble,,,, if what?
