"hi im about to be 20 and i have a 18 month old baby already and usally i get my period every 15th of every month and now it has been a month and a week i havent got it and i have felt only anosea but when i had my first child i didnt know i was pregant until i was 3 months pergant and i havent taken a home test and i did have unprotected sex many times this month wit my babys father so idk"

Dear    alejandra chavez,

Are you trying to get pregnant again?  You know that by having unprotected sex you could very well be pregnant.  Why aren't you taking a home pregnancy test?

Just take the test.  You probably are pregnant.
