Of course 12 year olds can get pregnant. You can get pregnant even if you haven't had your period yet, because ovulation (which means your egg is ready to meet with sperm) happens before menstruation.
You need to tell an adult IMMEDIATELY. You are too young to go through a pregnancy and childbirth. Just because a girl can get pregnant does not mean they should, for health reasons. Your body cannot safely carry and deliver a baby.
