Question I was just wondering a few things about pregnancy information. Does pre-cum have sperm in it to get you pregnant? Also how long does sperm live in a womans body to get her pregnant? I know nothing about medical stuff so if you could please try to explain this in a very simple way. Thank You!
Answer Dear Christin,
Precum does not have sperm in it, however there is a way sperm can get mixed in with it.
If a man has sex or masturbates, he usually has some sperm leftover in his penis afterward. When a man urinates, this leftover sperm gets washed away. The only way sperm can get mixed up in precum is if a man has sex or masturbates and then has sex with a woman and he doesn't urinate in between.
Sperm lives somewhere between 5 and 7 days in a woman's body.
