About Diana Archer
Expertise
I can answer questions on looking after your baby, looking after yourself during the pregnancy, dealing with friends/boyfriends/parents, dealing with school, telling your parents, and I am also a good listener if you just need someone to hear all your worries. I really care about the people that ask questions, and I'll be right here every step of the way! I also got pregnant myself at fifteen, so I'm not going to judge you. Oh, and guys, I'll be away for a while soon, so if you want someonet to talk to, before I'm away ask me for my email, and I'll keep in touch:) Oh, and yes, I do support abortion. Keep that in mind if you really are against it. Oh, and if you feel like calling me names (As some people do, as they can't handle people who are different), don't worry, I promise that I don't mind:)

Question
Hello my name is Lisa, im 19 yrs old, and i think i'm pregnant.
I did two home pregnancy tests and they both said PREGNANT i haven't had any symptoms or anything and i was supposed to get my period a week and a half ago. I'm going to the planned parenthood center as soon as they open on monday to get a pregnancy test.
I already told my boyfriend and he said he would support me in if i wanted to keep it or not. He doesn't have a job or a place to live; he lives with his brother atm and he's is moving to another state in a few weeks to live with a friend. I go to college and have a part time job; im very confused idk what to do. I was reading information about abortion because my boyfriend thinks that's the best thing to do.
My parents didn't know about my boyfriend's existance until last night so i don't know how they will take me telling them im pregnant. A baby changes everything and i don't know if im going to be able to support her/him; i think my parents will probably kick me out of the house and my boyfriend has no way to help me in that.
I'm thinking about abortion but i've seen many girls that can go through all that so i don't wanna regret it tomorrow...
What would you recommend??
I can't tell any of my family members and my friends don't have any experience on that.
I would really appreatiate your help.

Answer
Hey,

You sound like an intelligent young woman. Yes, abortion would without a doubt be the best option for you. You should finish you education, and with a baby, you could end up uneducated and homeless. You don't want to go down that path. So as hard as it may be, you really do need to abort. It will affect you, but nothing compared to the stress and pain of a baby you can't provide for. Abortions are painless, and it is better that you do it as soon as you can. I'll be here if you need support.

Diana
