About Samantha E.
Expertise
I was 16 when I had my first son. I completed high school and went on to a university to earn a degree in Psychology. It was hard, but not impossible. I now counsel teenage girls who are in a crisis pregnancy and I run a teen parenting support group. I not only know the hardships and fears of being young and pregnant because I once was, I also have spent years studying teens in crisis! I can answer most of your questions on pregnancy AND teen PARENTING! I also support the option of abortion and adoption. Let me help you.

Experience

Past/Present clients
Past and former clients include teenage pregnant and postpartum moms, and dads, ranging in ages 13 to 19.

Wait. Wait wait wait. I am 23 and I don't have a kid. I got married about 7 months ago, and I can't even imagine having children for 3 or 4 more years. Have fun. Be young. Babysit. I still do, and that is enough fun for me. Go to college!

Hey I completely understand the want for a baby. In fact the reason I am online right now is because I think I am pregnant. It is really important though that the kid has a father. If you are so in love with your bf marry him, If he doesn't want it don't have a baby with him. I am married, but I am 18. My husband also has a very good job. Make sure you have all the money, and a supporting father. Good Luck.

honestly, i don't think it's crazy. i was raised being told that although teen pregnancy is not the best, it's not shameful either. i don't think having a baby when you are a teenager ruins your life. a baby is a gift no matter what the age. everyone in my family has been a pregnant teen. i was born to teenagers. my parents got married soon after they found out i was pregnant. they had planned on getting married before then though. the women in my family do not regret the fact that they had a baby when they were the teen. maturity comes early to those in our family and i definitely think that's what has helped us. get the support from your boyfriend first. then discuss if it's right for you two or not. be prepared for what is going to go on.
