I was a teenage girl once so I've been through a lot in all my years. I may not have experienced all parts of being a teenager, but I have friends who have.

Subject: Should I tell her?

Question
Hey Ashley I'm 16 and a sophomore in HS.

I don't want you to think I'm a perv or anything, but there's this girl that I'm friends with (and also like, but she has a boyfriend) and every time she stretches over her desk her thong shows (she sits in front of me so it's hard not to notice).

Anyways is it weird to point it out to her? I think she’d like to know if she’s not doing it on purpose. I don't think she is because she doesn't seem like the kind of girl who shows off her underwear.

So do you think I should tell her? And if yes how can I tell her in a way so that she doesn't think I'm a perv? (or in a way that's funny to her)

Answer
Paul -

I think you probably should point it out to her but I've been trying to think of a tactful way to do it. Maybe you might want to pass her a note or whisper it to her so you don't embarrass her.

Try and phrase it in a way that isn't offensive.

She'll probably be embarrassed but thankful that you told her.

Ashley
