Question I am a 16 year old girl and I work at an anonymous bussiness and in my state 16 is the legal age of consent. I recently started having sexual intercourse with a guy from work who is much older, he's 24. And lately I've been confused on exactly what age of consent is...like I'm afraid of grey areas where my guy could get in trouble...which I don't want. I just kind of need an opinion based on the morals side of the situation and a little help fully understanding age of consent. Please help. Thanks, kelly.

Legal advice varies for each state. I cannot give legal advice as I am not a lawyer in your state. I recommend asking a lawyer in your state. I will say that I wouldn't have intercourse with a 24 year old if I was you. I would talk to a doctor about sex risks. Understand a lot of guys use girls for sex and while it's wrong it happens. STIs are a major issue as well as pregnancy. Please ask follow ups
