ANSWER: Hi Mark,
There are a few tips that I can give you but you will probably find that the older you get, the naturally longer it takes for you to ejaculate.
1) Fast ejaculation can occur through expectancy: if you think you are going to ejaculate quick then you will. When you masturbate, do it slowly and take your time. Leave gaps of a couple of seconds in between touching your penis and then start again...this builds up 'sexual stamina' which means the longer you leave it between touches, the more excited you will be, but the longer you should last.
2) When you are getting to the point where you think you are going to 'cum', just stop touching you penis. This is easier said than done, but just stop, close your eyes and think of something off putting...leave it a couple of seconds and then start again and see how far you can take yourself.
3)Try and not masturbate everyday or every other day and see if this helps, as you may find that you either ejaculate straight away or you take longer (so it's either way but worth trying).
Other than that, my only other suggestions are to close your eyes and use your imagination opposed to using pornagraphy (if you are). This means you have to concentrate more and usually means you can delay your ejaculation.

QUESTION: how long is a penis meant to be at my age??
Answer Hey Mark,
As far as I am aware there is little or no research about this because penis size is usually only measured on men aged 18 because that is when they have supposedly stopped growing.
You can search the internet but be very wary of any information you get because penis size varies from country to country and person to person and you don't want to get yourself worrying about something that is not that important.
