I read your question here in the pool and so I will try to answer it as best i can. yes, if I guy ejaculates into a condom there is a slight chance that his sperm can leak out if the condom is defective. as in, if there is a tiny hole in it. this can happen during sex because when he is moving his penis in and out of you the condom could stretch. there are many types out there. my advice would be to ask a sex clinic about which condoms are rugged and have little to no chance of breaking.
the other thing is if you are worried about this it might be a good idea to tell him to pull out ahead of time before he ejaculates.
