Question Ok a friend of mine named Samantha was always skinny. However she left the company she and I worked for to go to another company. About six months later Samantha came back to visit. Samantha, Marla, Amanda and I were talking about life, work, etc. But then for some reason Marla said (almost in a surprised voice) that Samantha is skinny. But Samantha just smiled.
My question: If you were Samantha would you think Marla did not think Samantha was skinny when she was working with us? Give Details when you answer
Answer It has been 6 months since Marla saw Samantha. She might have forgot how small she was to begin with. It happens. Most people forget how much someone weighed or they actually end up adding weight to someone after a while of not seeing them. I think that Marla just said that Samantha looked skinny because that's what she thought after 6 months.
