Subject: legal age for kids
Question My son wants to move in with me but his mom might not let him. My son is 13. How old does he have to be to make his own dicisions.
Answer He needs to be 18 years old to make his own sound and legal decisions.
I am not certain regard to your question, you said your son is 13 and his mom might not let him move in with you? I assumed you meant that, you don't have legal custody of him? he lives with his mom right because she has full custody? What is the arrangement agreement? Do you have legal papers that spells out who have the legal custody with this child?
Have a good one.
Doc Jerry
