QUESTION: so im 17 years old i turn 18 in april, i have just had a son, and hes now 6 weeks old, my mom and i are not getting along at all, and its just not a good environment for my son and i....i dont know what to do, but i need to move out asap. i heard from a few people that once you've had a baby, that you are legally an adult, does that mean that legally i can move out as well? please help me.

Besides talking to a lawyer and a doctor, you should also talk to children services. The lawyer is for the law. My other advice is keep this third party hotline/website on hand:
