Question So I need some help. I'm 15 and a becoming a sophmore in highschool.. During my 8th grade year we moved to a very small town from a big city, which was very hard. I hated this town for about a year and was even homeschooled because i refused to go to school. Then my freshman year i did g ahead and go to school . I liked it alot. and am totally happy in this town and now my mom wants to move AGAIN.. an hour and a half away, my step dad had physically touched me in places he shouldnt have and went to court to be told that i was making it up. My mom and I dont get along at all.. Is there anything I can do to live with my bestfriend and her mother. They have a stable home and good income and are willing to take me in... mom says no.. what do i do ?
Answer Hi Heather,
I am so sorry that you are going through this! I do not know the laws in your state... but if your mother says no, I believe that you are out of options if you cannot reason with her. I can tell you that you may not understand what God is doing right now, but in time you will see that it was all in Hia perfect plan. Keep your eyes on God, stay in pryaer and develop a deep, real, and passionate relationship with Jesus, and you will be able to get the grace to endure this.
2Co 12:7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.
2Co 12:8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.
2Co 12:9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Rom 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
