Question QUESTION: Hi, my name is zack i am 14 years old and i have a problem pulling back the skin on my penis it does not fully stretch out so i cant clean it at all! i don't have any pains. i cant see the base of my penis when i try to pull back the skin. i don't have any problems urinating. ANSWER: Hi Zack,
It is really odd problem. As you said, you don't have any problems urinating or have pains. That is good news.
I feel that and in my professional opinion, you should talk to your parents and family doctor to refer you to other doctor who is a specialist called "Urologist". An expert in sex organs and disorders.
This doctor can give you a circumcised surgery if it is necessary, it is under half hour but warns you, you may be in pain for a few days after the surgery or maybe not? It should solve this problem with cleanliness issue.
Please check with your doctor to see what this doctor can do for you. Did you talk to your father or your male family member regards to this problem? What did they say?

QUESTION: Will this operation hurt?Will I be asleep?No I haven't talked to my dad about it yet Because i am scared of the idea of an operation.why would I be in pain , there only talking off the skin around it?
Answer Hi,
It may hurt afterwards just little. Doctor will cut small part of extra skin off and it may be sore but it should not interfere with urinating, I am pretty sure doctor may put you to sleep for this small surgery.
It is up to you, but today modern medicine improves greatly than years ago. Maybe no pain at all? I have no idea because I am not a medical doctor. If you still want to go ahead, then talk with your dad about it and go see this doctor for further information and decide if you should get one or not.
