Question QUESTION: i am going to be moving out of my house in feb. of 2009 on my 18 birthday.i plan on moving into an apratment with my Fiance` because things at home are bad.but i will still have half the school year left. i was planning on switching to a school down there but do my parents have to agree with any of this?
ANSWER: Hello,
I am sorry your living area right now is not good. Can you explain why? Has the law been involved? If anyone hits you, you NEED to report this. The law with moving out varies per each country and in the US with each state. I'm not a lawyer so I cannot give legal advice. Talk to a lawyer in that location.
I think you are marrying at a too young age. Are you sure you are ready for this?
The websites I have on file for the above issue may not be updated with the newest laws.

ANSWER: Hi,
I understand. I just don't think it's right for you to marry someone at this age because of this. It's going to be very stressful for you if you do such. Can you state your state and I can try to find someone for you to contact there for help.

QUESTION: im from virginia.i think davey and i getting married will be good for me. i can get away from here and be with someone who actually gives a damn
Answer Hi,
I highly recommend to speak to a lawyer in your area about the laws. I pulled up some information from third party websites. Information does change, so double check this. According to what I see you cannot move without your parents or court approval. If parents approval, have them sign in front of people this contract(I am not sure how this holds up in your state and basing this off of another state law). Talk to a lawyer more about this as the above is not legal advice.
