Question i am going to be moving out of my house in feb. of 2009 on my 18 birthday.i plan on moving into an apratment with my Fiance` because things at home are bad.but i will still have half the school year left. i was planning on switching to a school down there but do my parents have to agree with any of this?

I am sorry your living area right now is not good. Can you explain why? Has the law been involved? If anyone hits you, you NEED to report this. The law with moving out varies per each country and in the US with each state. I'm not a lawyer so I cannot give legal advice. Talk to a lawyer in that location.
I think you are marrying at a too young age. Are you sure you are ready for this?
