Question I've recently hooked up both my fax and phone to the same single line in our home by way of a splitter. The problem is that the fax picks up automatically and the vm/phone are blocked by same. Anyway to configure to go from phone to vm to fax in that order? Thanks

You're going to have to change your setting on your fax AND with your voice mail. See your owners manual for the fax ring/answer settings, and contact your voice mail carrier. You can also purchase a fax/voice splitter that would automatically send the fax calls to your fax machine after one ring.
