Question I just purchased the above phone set and have not been able to get either phone to ring. I have gone through the instructions and set the ring volume to HI,I have set the ring tone as well. Since both phones are not working, I am thinking I have done something wrong in the set. I sure up you can help or these phones are going back to Best Buy.

I don't have enough information to give you a firm answer, but try some basics: have you checked the jack where you plug the base in? Do other phones ring if you try them at that jack? Do you have more than five devices plugged into your telephone jack(s)? Did you charge the unit? GE sold it's electronics divison to Thompson years ago, and they use the GE brand, so you might want to contact them at: 1 800 447-1700 for help before you return the cordless phone.
