Question
have Panasonic cordless phone KX-TG2340jx model
And because of my child I used the dial lock service which is available in the telephone setting
After that I tried to open the dial lock by the same password but it doesn't work
how can i  reset the phone to the factory setting

Please advise me how I can reset my telephone to the factory setting or remove  the dial lock of my cordless phone

Best Regards

Answer
Nab,
I couldn't locate the model number you entered, but I suggest you contact Panasonic on line at panasonic.com or call their toll free service line. You can always remove the battery from the phone and make sure the phone is "dead", then reinstall the battery to see if the memory for the dial lock has gone back to the factory setting.
Good luck, Spencer
