Question
My wife and I own a business with offices in two locations.  I want to do away with SBC land lines if possible.  I have four lines in one location and three in another.  One fax line in each location.  These seven lines and two cell phones are about $700 per month total.  I would like no more than two lines in each location.  I don't know enough about it to ask a really good question, but I am able to discuss it.  Sorry.  If you get me started it would help.  I just know I don't make enought money to support any longer $700 per month in phones.  There are four of the seven numbers I need somehouse to keep if possible.  My clients have been calling these four numers for 15 years.  I really hope you can help me.
Thanks, Wally R. Kornegay

Answer
Hello Wally,
Woe is me, just kidding.
Telephone service is necessary and there are many other Local Service Providers Out There.
Talk America and Long distance of Michigan may be able to save you money if you are in Michigan.
Vonage can do VOIP and Send your telephone service over your Broadband Connection. (ie, DSL or Cable Modem)
You do get to keep your present numbers, they take and Port Them and Go with You wherever You Go...
Let your Fingers shop prices.
Call a Bunch of Telephone Co's and Find the best deal for your usage that you can...
Hope this helps
Carmine
