Is this possible, and who should I contact?
Is there any charge for listing?

Answer Maciek,
Although it's possible, It depends on the company providing "411" service in the area you wish to be listed. Most charge a fee for "non customer" or out of area listings. Contact the local telephone company in the area you wish to be listed for prices and information.
