Subject: disabling a phone from ringing

Question
We have a Spirit phone system in our office and no one has any clue which Spirit
system it is exactly.  Without knowing the specific type, do you know if it is
possible to "disable" a phone from ringing in a specific office?

Answer
Hi Heather,

You can program any phone in your system to ring/not ring have outside access, intercom, etc --all from the control unit (the telephone you set up as the master)

Check the bottom of all phones on your system to see if the instruction sheet is there. If not you can obtain them by contacting lucent on the web.

Good luck, Spencer
